We were responsible for negotiating and implementing the first Mello-Roos district formed in California in 1983 and have been responsible for the formation of many of the major assessment districts.
School District Negotiations
We have negotiated school mitigation agreements on behalf of developers for many of the major master planned communities in Southern California. Our efforts are to minimize the cost to the developer and to the ultimate homebuyer without impairing the quality of the facilities provided.
We have prepared feasibility analyses for master planned communities throughout the Western United States ranging from luxury golf course communities to entry level communities. Our services include product pricing recommendations, land residual analyses, builder deal structuring, and preparation of Business Plans and cash flow projections.
